RPI Finishes off Strong at Maynard
After a rough season, RPI's speedball team finally clicked during the last regular season tournament of the year at Boston Paintball in Maynard, MA. RPI went 2-2 in the prelims losing to Hartford and Southern Connecticut State and defeating Northeastern and Quinnipiac, the latter resulting in a nail-biting Game 3 that pushed RPI into its first semifinal appearance since October 2009. In the semifinal match, RPI took game 1 against Hartford and lost games 2 and 3 to get knocked out and settle for 3rd place overall. Hartford went on to defeat Southern CT to win the tournament, Southern settled for 2nd.
RPI is only losing senior Mel Diaz to graduation.

RPI Struggles through First Two Tournaments
Graduation losses and attrition have led to RPI being a very inexperienced squad and has shown itself in the first two tournaments, both at Fox 4 Paintball in Upton, MA. RPI placed last in both tournaments.

Intro to Paintball Scenario
RPI hosted the second annual Intro to Paintball Party and tied it into a "Battle of Iwo Jima" scenario at Cooper's Cave Games and Paintball. For more pictures, click here.
