The RPI Paintball Club has been formed to provide the RPI community with the means to experience and enjoy the sport of paintball. The RPI Paintball Club will benefit the Rensselaer community by providing:

Our goal is to introduce the sport of paintball to the members of the Rensselaer community in a safe and organized manner. We provide an organized structure to form tournament teams and participante in local tournaments. The club also offers a safe and secure area to store group and personal paintball equipment.

Skill Levels

We accept all skill levels from newbie to very experienced tournament caliber and we make sure there are opportunities for competitive play at all levels. The club is involved in both recreational events and NCPA sanctioned tournaments. We encourage players of all levels to take advantage of both types of events.

History

This club was founded in September of 2000 by Ryan Greenblatt, Mike Murray, and Mike Kingsley in accordance with the purposes, goals, and objectives as previously outlined. After 9 years of existence, and 7 years of official recognition from the Student Union, the club continues to grow and evolve. Currently the club consists of approximately 40 members ranging in skill level from complete newcomer to seasoned tournament veteran. Every year the club has seen an increase in membership and every year we compete in several tournaments and make numerous recreational trips.

Information on paintball products, stores, and playing fields in the area. Interested parties, a group in the same skill level with whom to play. Discounts on paintball equipment through bulk purchases on paintball guns, paint, and accessories. Our goal is to introduce the sport of paintball to the members of the Rensselaer community in a safe and organized manner. Club Meetings and Joining Our meetings occur on an as-need basis. If you would like to join, come to a meeting. Our meetings will be posted on our Calendar page. If you cannot make the meeting, please e-mail us.
